I am an individual who seeks overall personal wellness. Wellness is an active process of increasing awareness and making choices towards a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness; it is a dynamic process of change and growth. My process includes spirituality/meditation, seeking out new and challenging activities, regular organized and recreational exercise, healthy eating and maintaining supportive relationships and community.  

I'm  a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor PhD, providing therapy for adults.  I have experience counseling in academic, community mental health, inpatient, intensive outpatient, spiritual and private settings.
